Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include pet food, opened pet accessories, and worn apparel such as t-shirts, hats, and jackets.

Additionally, items marked as final sale, clearance products, or gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photo or video evidence to verify the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
