Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original tags and packaging may not qualify for a refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as pet food, opened accessories, or worn apparel may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
